Basic Technical Requirements for Retrivika™ Cloud and On Premise delivery methods.
To use Retrivika’s™ Cloud Services you only need internet access and a web browser. That’s it!
Retrivika™ uses standard web technologies supported by Windows®, Mac®, and many Android and IOS devices.
Login for Retrivika™ Cloud uses account credentials from services that you may already be using, Google® and Microsoft®. No need to remember yet another login/ password! This feature also provides as another level of protection. Retrivika™ does not manage account login information, leaving your account, users, management and data collections fully in your hands. It is possible to connect your in-house active directory to our cloud service, please contact us to learn more.
Please note, we understand there are instances when uploading a data collection(s) is simply not practical or viable. If you have a large volume of data to upload to the cloud, please contact us to set up a secure mail service to our cloud provider, Microsoft Azure®.
Retrivika’s™ on premise solution is designed for companies with an enterprise IT environment.
The software is designed using Microsoft.Net® platform. Our solution also supports Direct-Attached and SAN based storage models for large data collections.
As with our cloud version, the on premise solution allows users access the software using a web based interface, eliminating any need for deployment/maintenance of specialized client software.
Retrivika™ On Premise is a highly customizable and scalable product offering. Specific requirements, performance and usage depend on the current hardware specifications already in place. If no hardware is currently in place at your organization, our technical advisers can assist in the design, acquisition, and setup of your on premise solution.
